At Ash & Lee Soaps, we strive to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and hassle-free. Please review our purchase and cancellation policies before placing your order.
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
✔ Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
✔ PayPal
✔ Apple Pay & Google Pay
✔ Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay Installments (Buy Now, Pay Later)
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
2. Bulk Orders
We welcome bulk orders! If you’re interested in placing a large order, please contact us at ashley@ashandleesoaps.com for pricing and availability.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
A. Can I Cancel My Order?
- Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
- If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
B. Address Changes
- If you need to update your shipping address, you must notify us within the same business day of placing your order.
- While we will do our best to accommodate changes, address updates are not guaranteed, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
- If your payment fails or is declined, we will hold your order for up to 5 business days to allow you time to complete the payment.
- If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
