Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer shipping throughout [Country/Region] with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, Free for orders over $75.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery time determined at checkout based on carrier options and destination.
  • International Shipping: Typically 7-21 business days (dependent on carrier). A $6 handling fee is applied to all international orders. Shipping rates and delivery times are determined at checkout based on the destination and priority. (Customs fees may apply.)

Order Tracking

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to any country serviced by UPS or USPS.
Excluded regions include any locations restricted by UPS or USPS.

Please note: Shipping to certain countries may experience delays due to customs or carrier restrictions.

Local Pickup

We’re happy to offer local pickup for customers in Brooklyn, NY. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is damaged or goes missing during transit:

  1. Contact us at ashley@ashandleesoaps.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and any other relevant details.
  3. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
