Return and Refund Policy

At Ash & Lee Soaps, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, natural skincare products. Due to the nature of our handmade soaps and personal care items, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please review the details below.


1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we’re happy to help! Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at ashley@ashandleesoaps.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

Since our products are personal care items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an issue with the order (e.g., damaged or incorrect products).

  • Refund Eligibility: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
  • Store Credit Option: If preferred, we can issue store credit for future purchases.

3. Return Exceptions

We accept returns only for unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.


4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we must wait for the package to be returned before any further action can be taken.

5. Lost Package Policy

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but has not arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first. If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS.
  • If the carrier confirms fault and denies responsibility, we will issue store credit for the value of your order.

6. Shipping Address Updates

Orders may be processed and shipped quickly, sometimes the same day. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at ashley@ashandleesoaps.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but if your order has already shipped, we must wait for the package to be returned before any further action can be taken.
